Take your sales career to the next level! Our Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, youll help clients protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions while enjoying uncapped earning potential and career advancement opportunities.
About the Role
As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will serve as the trusted advisor for clients seeking to protect their assets and plan for the future. Your day will involve prospecting and generating new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking, while also managing relationships with existing clients. Through consultative conversations, you will identify each clients unique risks and recommend coverage that best fits their needs. You will present and sell a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance, while cross-selling additional policies to maximize value. Success in this role requires building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. This position combines the challenge of driving revenue with the satisfaction of helping clients secure peace of mind.

Responsibilities- Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend insurance solutions
- Sell and cross-sell personal lines products such as Auto, Home, and Life
- Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects and consistently follow up on open opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly performance goals in premium, policy count, and Life sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships
- Sales experience
- Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
- If not currently licensed, licensing support will be provided
- Licenses must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a strong sales pipeline
