Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Process bi-weekly payroll, including tax filings and benefits administration.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cost tracking for manufacturing materials.
• Prepare basic financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Handle HR administrative tasks including new hire onboarding and employee record maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in bookkeeping and office administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles and proven ability in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills for efficient office management and vendor relations.
• Familiarity with inventory management principles and basic cost accounting relevant to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with inventory management principles and costing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exposure to Human Resources tasks, particularly in an industrial setting.
