Director - Customer Delivery Management
Job Description
As a Director of Customer Delivery Management, you will lead a team in aligning priorities with cross-functional stakeholders, establishing project governance standards, and driving the end-to-end execution of complex delivery projects. Successful candidates for this role will be experienced leaders, excellent communicators, innately curious, and able to thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth environment.
You should have a strong delivery, technology, and program management background. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders while driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, program management, and business strategy skills are essential.
Responsibilities

Lead a team of high-level globally placed individual contributors to provide execution guidance, coaching, and develop career performance and growth plans

Responsible for dedicated cloud delivery projects globally, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery

Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results

Provide program and project management expertise to complex global business initiatives, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs

Develop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure that project goals align with customer and business objectives

Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance

Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices, leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness

Drive programs that influence KPIs and work to achieve our business goals

Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
