Part-Time Bookkeeper (Approximately 30 Hours/Week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Bookkeeper to support accounting operations in a growing, systems-based environment. This role will work approximately 30 hours per week and report directly to leadership, working closely with our external CPA to support monthly close and financial accuracy.

NetSuite is our system of record. Direct NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.

This role offers growth potential for the right candidate — including expanded responsibility in month-end close, reporting support, and systems/process improvement.

Core Responsibilities

· Process accounts payable and vendor onboarding

· Maintain accurate coding and documentation within NetSuite

· Support credit card expense management (Brex)

· Reconcile travel and expense reporting (Navan)

· Assist with bank reconciliations and cash tracking

· Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation

· Support monthly close in coordination with leadership and external CPA

· Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues

· Help strengthen internal controls and accounting processes

Qualifications

· 3+ years bookkeeping or accounting support experience

· Direct NetSuite experience strongly preferred

· Strong understanding of AP, reconciliations, and general ledger coding

· Experience working with external CPA firms

· High attention to detail and process discipline

· Experience in a product-based or inventory-driven business is a plus
