Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. $82,000 - $103,000 per year
Responsibilities:- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Self-motivation and drive
- Organized and manages time effectively
Roy-Miller Team, BHHS, is a team of 17 real estate agents, 3 administrators, and 1 dedicated marketing professional, who close hundreds of real estate transactions each year. We have highly effective systems in place for prospecting for clients, and also for managing the closing processes in an organized way, so that we can provide superior customer service for clients.
