Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and storage strategies to optimize space utilization and workflow.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and performance standards.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
• Monitor and manage warehouse budget, including labor costs, equipment maintenance, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse operations for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Certification in inventory management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).
• - Proficiency in warehouse management system (WMS) implementation and optimization.
• - Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• - Strong understanding of industrial safety regulations and best practices (e.g., OSHA).
