Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
• Install, test, and commission new electrical wiring, controls, sensors, and components according to specifications.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to facilitate repairs and installations.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical instruments and equipment for precision and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and installations performed.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial certification.
• Proven experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and VFDs in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems and machinery.
• Proficiency in the safe use of electrical testing equipment, hand, and power tools.
• Thorough understanding of relevant electrical codes (e.g., NEC) and safety regulations (e.g., LOTO, Arc Flash).

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Experience with robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB)
• Certification in Arc Flash safety (NFPA 70E compliance)
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) commissioning and optimization
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
