As a Sales Associate for Jaden Gebbink State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with mentors and agent to master sales practices.
- Build customized quotes for individuals based on their needs.
- Develop and help coach peers to success.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Obtain your Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses.
- Ability to connect with people, professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
