TEKsystems is looking for a Call Flow Engineer Type: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Call Flow Development and knowledge within the infrastructure space of Call Center IVR’s.

TEKsystems is the midst of a 3 year move off of Cisco UCCE to Nice (Cloud Platform). This initially is in the Americas but at some point will go Internationally and cover over 200 contact centers moving to the NICE platform.

If someone has migration experience from Cisco UCCE to NICE that would be a big bonus.

The key piece that this consultant needs to have is Omilia knowledge and to be able to do IVR scripting within Omilia. Omilia provides innovative AI-Driven conversational solutions for contact centers. Delivering a human-like, exceptional experience for customers.

Omilia who is based in Greece a lot of times will do the scripts from scratch and then has the client engineers/developers do modification. If this is the case then someone needs to be strong with modification piece and have done some scripts from scratch with other call flow IVR platforms. CIP-Cisco.

This is a long-term contract and person can be fully remote but must be able to cover somewhat standard hours tied to 7-6 pm EST type coverage for 8 hour day.

This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $80.00/hr.
