Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Execute repairs and replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during fieldwork.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment (e.g., electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLCs).
• Associate's degree or vocational certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology).
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to various customer sites, including overnight stays.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in a second language relevant to international clients or a diverse workforce.
• Experience with advanced industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET) or IoT solutions.
• Certification in specific automation technologies (e.g., robotics, vision systems).
• Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
