The Highway & Roads Market Sector Director is a key leadership role responsible for market growth, staff development, and supporting operations within a major sector generating nearly $1B annually globally. The role involves driving business development, managing client relationships, leading strategic initiatives, and developing staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Market leadership and business development (~70%)
• Staff development (20%)
• Support to operations (10%)

The director will set strategic vision, support growth initiatives, and maintain client and industry relationships across the US, Canada, UK, Middle East, and Australia. They will lead efforts in client management, project oversight, staff recruitment, and industry engagement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 20 years in highway or bridge planning/engineering
• Professional engineering license or equivalent
• Leadership roles in industry associations like AASHTO, IBTTA
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 12 years of industry experience with leadership
• Strong communication, client management, and business skills
