Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to process, quality, and equipment.
• Support the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow charts.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement.
• Analyze and improve production layouts and material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process or manufacturing engineering role
• Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture design and process layout
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills for manufacturing process issues
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation technologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with robotics programming or automation system integration
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production data analysis
• Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau
