What You’ll Do:

In this dynamic role, you will blend clinical excellence with administrative support to keep operations running smoothly:

• Perform high-volume medical appointments with emphasis on blood draws with confidence and accuracy.
• Conduct EKGs and capture vital signs, including height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Collect and manage blood, urine, and DNA samples with strict attention to quality and compliance.
• Coordinate and distribute specimens to appropriate departments.
• Support daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inbound calls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in medical assisting and/or phlebotomy.
• Strong proficiency in phlebotomy and patient interaction.
• Experience with EKGs and a solid understanding of medical terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and multiple database systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
