About the Role
The Physician Assistant (PA) position at Pinnacle Fertility offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of a fertility patient’s journey toward parenthood. We are seeking an experienced PA who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work independently, particularly in triaging complex OB cases.
We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our dedicated and compassionate team at IVF Michigan & Ohio Fertility Centers in Bloomfield Hills, MI . This full-time role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a leading network of fertility clinics, supporting patients throughout their reproductive care journey. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM , with occasional weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
- Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
- Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
- Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
- Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Physician Assistant (PA) with active state licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Women’s health background preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
