Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify root causes of failures.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components, parts, and production line systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance and identify potential equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex equipment failures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming adjustments.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and basic fabrication.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
• Certification in hydraulics or pneumatics.
