Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure to ensure manufacturing uptime.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols for both IT and OT environments.
• Lead the implementation, integration, and support of manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Provide timely technical support and problem resolution for production systems and end-users.
• Oversee IT vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
• Ensure data integrity, availability, and security for production reporting and operational analytics.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for manufacturing IT systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, PLM) and operational technology (OT).
• Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence, industrial control systems (ICS), and cybersecurity best practices for manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with manufacturing business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience leading IT projects, managing budgets, and overseeing vendor relationships within a manufacturing context.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage IT teams and collaborate effectively with production stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence.
• Familiarity with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Infor LN, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Manufacturing).
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, or Smart Factory initiatives.
• Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA/PLC environments.
