Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation and uptime of all IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and production-specific hardware.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect corporate data and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Oversee IT support services, resolving issues promptly to minimize disruption to production and business processes.
• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, such as ERP implementations, MES upgrades, and automation initiatives.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, operations, and services within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing-specific systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC integration).
• Expertise in IT security best practices, particularly for operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Demonstrated leadership in strategic IT planning, project management, and budget oversight.
• Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and bridge IT and OT departments for operational efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing-specific software systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP in a production environment).
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in a factory setting (e.g., IoT, automation).
• Experience managing IT infrastructure in a 24/7 production environment.
