Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to minimize costs and ensure production continuity.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure material availability aligns with manufacturing schedules.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity and resilience.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning or optimization software (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
