Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production process issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new product introductions and process transfers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering or optimization within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with process control systems, data analysis, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Demonstrated understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with process simulation software or CAD tools.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python)
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Familiarity with automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA)
