Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production personnel.
• Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and on time.
• Monitor product quality and enforce adherence to company standards and specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process bottlenecks.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Previous experience in a highly automated or advanced manufacturing facility.
