Neilsoft Inc., a 100% subsidiary of Neilsoft (since 1999) has been servicing North American customers for over 20+ years. As part of our Strategic Growth Plan, we are seeking to scale-up our team in Canton (MI) and also add on to our teams in various locations across the USA.

As part of this effort, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and recruiting assistance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring accurate HR recordkeeping, system integrity, and support in alignment with company policies and legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing communications.

Post job openings on various platforms.

Help in collecting and organizing candidate documents and feedback.

Schedule and coordinate background checks

Draft and maintain job descriptions

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, document collection, and IT setup.

Ensure all joining formalities are completed accurately and on time.

Support exit processes, such as scheduling exit interviews and managing clearance procedures with different departments

3. HR Administration

Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.

Prepare HR letters such as employment verification and experience letters.

Assist in maintaining and organizing HR documentation in compliance with company policies.

4. Employee Engagement & Communication

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.

Help in distributing internal communications and collecting employee feedback.
