Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in a fast-paced hospital setting. This position requires a nurse with at least two years of recent ICU experience who can provide exceptional, high quality care to critically ill patients. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and treating patients with life-threatening conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Location: Hospital Setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, administering medications, and treatments as prescribed.

• Perform life saving procedures and interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during critical situations.

• Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital setting.

• Strong clinical knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols.

• Ability to manage high acuity patients and respond to emergencies with confidence.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, high stress environment.

Type : full-time contract employment 13-14 weeks with possibility to extend
