Heavy Equipment Operator

This role involves operating heavy equipment for an underground company. You will spend 80-90% of your day operating machinery such as excavators, loaders, and dozers. The remaining time will be spent performing labor duties and managing preventive maintenance on the equipment.

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, and dozers.
• Perform labor tasks as required.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Participate in underground construction projects.

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and front-end loaders.
• At least 3 years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in underground construction involving storm drains, sewer pipes, and water mains.

• Experience with earthworks and equipment operation.
• Knowledge of underground construction processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling Heights, MI.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
