Cnc Machinist
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling to meet exact production requirements.
- Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Ability to work with tight tolerances and maintain quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in machining.
- Experience with multiple CNC machine types (mills, lathes, etc.).
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software for programming CNC equipment.
- Certification or formal training in CNC machining or a related field.
- Previous experience in high-volume or custom manufacturing.
