A day in the life

You start your morning aligning with a hiring manager on headcount needs and fine‑tuning a sourcing plan. By midday, you’re screening a slate of candidates discovered through social media, job boards, and your network. In the afternoon, you’re leading structured interviews, assessing both capability and culture fit, then updating the applicant tracking system to keep every detail accurate and current. Before you wrap, you’re extending a warm, organized experience to finalists and planning a smooth onboarding for the next great hire.

What you’ll own

• End-to-end recruiting: craft job postings, source, interview, and guide candidates through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate staffing needs into targeted recruiting strategies.
• Attract top talent using diverse channels, including social platforms, job boards, and networking.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural alignment.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers at every step.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience through clear, timely communication.
• Keep pace with talent acquisition trends and best practices to continuously improve.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Solid grasp of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal strengths.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
• Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Meticulous organizational habits and attention to detail.
• A positive outlook and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
