Salary Range: $124,000 - $174,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial accounting, reporting, and general ledger operations.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Direct cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support manufacturing operations and strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience implementing or optimizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards for financial insights.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation within the finance function.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic operational decision-making.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
