Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance in speed of service , particularly in drive-thru operations.

• Effectively manage labor controls and scheduling to optimize productivity.

• Monitor and maintain food cost management to achieve profitability goals.

• Build and sustain a strong training culture , ensuring all team members are developed for success.

• Lead by example, fostering a positive, performance-driven workplace environment.

• Ensure operational standards, safety, and food quality meet or exceed brand expectations.
