Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Manage the plant budget, optimize costs, and drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant management team and workforce.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years as a Plant Manager or similar senior role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, develop budgets, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with a track record of fostering a high-performance culture.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety, quality, and environmental regulations and best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading a major ERP system implementation or upgrade
• Prior experience managing operations in a unionized environment
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or international operations
