Project Coordinator (Executive Assistant) - HFMG Cardiology - Full Time (40Hrs)/Days - Detroit
- Provide direct support to the Chief of Cardiology and divisional leadership.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communications and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
- Plan, organize, and execute departmental events, meetings, and special programs.
- Coordinate and track progress of departmental projects and initiatives from start to completion.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and external partners to ensure effective communication and follow-through.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials to support leadership decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of project management or coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
