Location: Lansing, MI Employment Type: Direct Hire Company: Family-Owned Manufacturing Employer About the Role This is a part-time direct hire opportunity with a well-established, family-owned manufacturer in Lansing. The work is straightforward and detail-focused. If you're organized, reliable, and like keeping things clean and accurate, this is a solid, low-stress role with a great employer. Schedule ? Approximately 10 hours per week ? Flexible schedule (final hours to be determined) Pay ? $16.00--$17.00 per hour Key Responsibilities ? Enter data accurately into spreadsheets ? Perform data entry within the JobBOSS system ? Review information for accuracy and completeness ? Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times ? Follow established processes and documentation standards Work Environment ? Simple, structured work ? Minimal distractions ? No vendor interaction for approximately the first 6 months Requirements ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Basic computer skills and comfort working in spreadsheets ? Ability to follow instructions and stay organized ? Professional communication and dependable attendance? Prior data entry experience a plus, but not required
