- 1+ years of Helpdesk experience

- ServiceNow experience

- Average 75% First Call Resolution

- Troubleshooting h/w, s/w, applications

- Windows environment

- Soft phone/headset questions being remote (would be a bonus, not required)

- Soft skills!!!! Pleasant! Great customer service skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
