Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Assembler / Fabrication Associate to support production by assembling components and installing exterior panels using hand and power tools. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who can read prints and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Daily use of hand and power tools including drills, wrenches, grinders, screwdrivers, and knives
- Drill, fit, and install exterior panels per specifications
- Read and interpret prints and work instructions
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand prints or blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
