Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Oversee all repair, installation, and troubleshooting activities to minimize production downtime.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory and capital expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and support manufacturing goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Excellent understanding of industrial safety regulations and best practices (e.g., OSHA, LOTO).
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration or implementation.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Project management experience for capital equipment upgrades or new installations.
