Salary Range: $112,000 - $161,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and efficiency.
• Ensure engineering designs and processes meet quality, safety, and cost objectives.
• Manage the engineering department budget and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Implement and maintain engineering standards and best practices across the facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution of complex engineering projects.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline relevant to manufacturing (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and operational issues on a production floor.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced robotics).
