Operator
Embroidery Operator
Helm is looking for motivated team members to join our friendly and creative workplace. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our team. You'll be responsible for operating embroidery machines, preparing garments, and ensuring each item meets our high-quality standards. This is an entry-level position and no experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor multi-head embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, etc.)
- Hoop garments and load designs using digitizing software
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
- Follow work orders and ensure on-time production
- Organize and prepare garments, threads, and materials
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflow and efficiency
Requirements
Qualifications:
- No experience needed, but it is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
