A manufacturing facility in Morenci, MI is looking for Entry-Level Machine Operators for 2nd shift. No prior experience is necessary – training is provided.

Assembly/Production Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm )
- Packs correct parts into assigned cartons.
- Labels full skids and transports to storage as needed.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Ensures cleanliness of workstation, machine, and surrounding floor.
- Separates nonconforming parts.
- Monitors process quality to meet specifications.
- Disposes of scrap properly.
- Completes required paperwork, including labels and inspection cards.
- Operate a forklift as needed.
Assembly/Production Qualifications:
- Steel toes are required
- Comfortable working overtime and weekends if scheduled.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds repetitively
- No experience needed.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
