Who You Are:
We are currently searching for a Scheduling Coordinator, reporting to a Territory Manager, to add to our service delivery team to deliver the highest standard of customer service and collaboration. This is a perfect opportunity for a self-starter, who strives to creatively resolve issues, thinks outside of the box, is detail-oriented, reliable, able to collaborate with their team, and enjoys being a part of a supportive, growing company.
In this role, you will be able to jump in and make an immediate impact. Specifically, you will:
- First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision, and values as an organization and foster a culture of accountability within our workforce that reflects these values.
- Utilize your 2+ years of experience in related fields such as planning, scheduling, routing, and project coordination, in addition to your high school diploma or equivalent vocational
- Use your communication skills to complete reports, writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication
- Use critical thinking and quick problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced environment to develop creative and effective solutions
- Showcase your advanced analysis and data visualization skills while utilizing software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes
What You’ll Get:
