PA/NP - Caledonia Family Medicine/Walk-In Clinic - Casual - Caledonia, Michigan (Caledonia)

Corewell Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the busy Caledonia Walk-In Clinic. In this role, you will provide same-day primary care to patients in the surrounding communities.

Experience is required (1-3 years). Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants can only be considered, as we care for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner:

• Required Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program obtained after 2000
• Must show evidence of completion of a master's, post-master's, or doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (NLNAC or CCNE)
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
• LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• CRT-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Physician Assistant:

• Required Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan
• CRT-Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
• CRT-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
