Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily finishing operations and personnel.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor finishing line operators and technicians.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to maintain workflow.
• Optimize finishing processes for efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing finishing department.
• In-depth technical knowledge of various finishing processes (e.g., painting, powder coating, polishing, final assembly).
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to meet quality and output targets.
• Strong understanding and application of quality control standards and final product inspection procedures.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills for troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce.
• Certification in a relevant quality standard (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Technician).
• Experience with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI).
