Territory Manager (Portage)

This role sits at the intersection of sales, client partnership, and talent fulfillment — where the real magic happens in staffing.

What You’ll Do

As a Territory Manager, you’ll act as a strategic partner to your clients, ensuring their workforce needs are met while helping grow APEX’s footprint in the market.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client partnerships
• Working closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of open positions
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on workforce needs, market trends, and hiring strategies
• Supporting the full client lifecycle — from prospecting to onboarding to ongoing account management
• Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service

Preferred Experience

• 2 years experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions strongly preferred
• Background in B2B sales, account management, or client development
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
