Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Oversee all reactive maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external services.
• Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM).
• Strong technical proficiency with industrial automation, electrical systems, mechanical repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics common in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices related to industrial maintenance operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with a major Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) like SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor EAM.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience managing capital projects.
• Experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or other advanced asset performance strategies.
• Working knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
