Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety protocols and compliance with building regulations.



Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are executed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, resolving any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and safety records.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations in compliance with local and federal laws.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with various types of construction projects, including ground-up builds, remodels, and different sectors such as retail, industrial, education, and multifamily.
