Hanson International, located in St. Joseph, Michigan, specializes in the design, build, sample, and inspection of precision molds for the die cast and plastic industry. Hanson International is currently seeking an experienced candidate to fill a Sales Project Engineer position.

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting both Sales Project Engineers and our customers. This role involves overseeing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, project coordination, and customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the Sales Project Engineers to manage project timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations.
• Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including schedules, reports, and customer communications.
• Support the sales team with technical documentation, proposals, and presentations as needed.
• Coordinate sample and inspection processes to ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve project management practices.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing coordination, or a related field.
• Background in tool and die, machining, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
