Job Summary
The Medical Conceirge will serve as the first point of contact for our valued patients, providing outstanding service and ensuring smooth operations in a high-expectation setting. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with warmth, discretion, and poise, ensuring a welcoming and refined experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and follow-ups with efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional service delivery.
- Handle sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process billing, insurance claims, and payments with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain an organized and pristine front office, reflecting the practice’s commitment to excellence.

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or high-end customer service environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
