Total Property Management delivers dependable lawn care and snow removal services across Southwest Michigan. As winter approaches, we’re looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join us in keeping client sites safe and clear during snow events. We are currently hiring for positions in Plainwell, Three Rivers, Allegan, Kalamazoo, Portage, Paw Paw, Battle Creek, and Jackson. 

We are hiring for the following seasonal roles:

Plow Truck Operator- $20-27/hr.

• Operate plow trucks on assigned routes and assist as needed

• Shovel tight areas where plows can’t reach

• Perform equipment checks and report issues

• Log work and upload photos for billing
  
  

Heavy Equipment Operator $22-35/hr.

• Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to clear snow

• Document work for billing

• Complete pre- and post-shift inspections

• Ensure neat piles and safe, clear sites

• Occasional shoveling required
  
  

Sidewalk Crew Member- $18-25/hr.

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks/walkways using hand tools and small equipment

• Apply salt as directed

• Report equipment issues to Crew Lead

• Assist with site documentation
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and available during snow events (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

• Able to work outdoors in winter conditions

• Safety-focused and detail-oriented

• Equipment experience a plus (training provided)

• Dependable transportation required

  Winter 25/26 Bonus Program
  To reward our team for their hard work this winter, we’re offering a special bonus program based on total hours worked during the season:

• 100 hours = $200 bonus

• 150 hours = $300 bonus

• This is on top of your regular pay — a great opportunity to earn extra while helping us keep our clients’ properties safe and clear all winter long.

• 200 hours = $500 bonus

• 250 hours = $700 bonus

• 300+ hours = $1,000 bonus
