We are seeking a Childcare Teacher and Assistant Teacher to join our organization! This individual will be passionate about children and nurturing their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high level of positive energy
• Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Outstanding communication skills are essential in developing relationships with peers and the families we serve
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Thrive in a continuously changing environment
• Follow schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields preferred
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pass DHS background check
• Complete paid training

We implement a play based curriculum that focuses on the individual growth and development of each child. By nurturing curiosity through different experiences we set the foundation for lifelong learning. Our dedicated team is seeking a reliable and energetic individual who is passionate about children to join us. We serve children from age 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
