Insurance Account Representative
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a Licensed experienced qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a Licensed Insurance Account Representative. We seek an experienced, energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and servicing existing policy holders. If you have previous Insurance experience, energetic, goal-oriented, sales-minded and can deliver remarkable customer service then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Provide Quotes, pivot, multi-line and service policyholders. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals..
- Property and Casualty experience
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain.
- Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain .
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
