QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Using Computers.
• USA Citizenship a Requirement.
• Driver License or Chauffeurs License.
• Ability to drive forklifts & trucks.
• Organized Handling of Materials & Paperwork.
• Good Record Keeping Skills.
• Self-motivated & Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent Communication Skills.

JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinate daily with the Purchasing & Manufacturing departments.
• Utilize computers to log in material receipts and job updates.
• Coordinate Incoming & Outgoing Materials Receipts & Packing Slips with Purchasing.
• Responsible for packaging & shipping Machined details & Sub-Assemblies.
• Track Materials Receipt vs Outstanding for Specific Jobs.
• Track incoming & outgoing Details sent for Special Processing (heat treat, plating, powder-coat, etc.).
• Responsible for monitoring stock material; and keeping Crib well organized and clean.
• Assist in keeping shop clean in all departments including rest rooms.
• Pick-up and delivery of goods to customers.
