Primary Responsibilities of an LMSW
- Provide case management and social work services aligned with the needs and goals of clients, focusing on holistic and client-centered approaches.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, to deliver integrated care solutions.
- Conduct assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental needs of clients, adapting plans to meet their evolving circumstances.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies and support programs tailored to individual and community needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions and interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications for a Successful LMSW
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid LMSW license in the state. QMHP or CMHP from state of MI
- Proven experience in providing social work services in healthcare, community, or social service settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
Work Schedule:
● Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 7 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Evening hours will be required, and determined based on program needs.
