At General Motors, our product teams are redefining mobility. Through a human-centered design process, we create vehicles and experiences that are designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. Integrate Hardware via CoSIM into the Systems Engineering and Virtual Validation backbone.

Lead strategies that balance system co‑simulation concepts, SimBOM, TFRP/VFRP, ETM, GVDP elements.

Ensure CoSIM assets, runs, and metrics are reflecting hardware performance. decisions, eliminating the need for physical demos.

Achieve measurable outputs including the virtualization of test cases, earlier defect detection, reduction in HIL/vehicle & bench usage in the pilot domains, and credible correlation between CoSIM and physical test.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, systems engineering, or work related to software/hardware connectivity.
